Evone has their own conception of what is healthy.Mine is balance and not deprivation.This in many cases is a sign of not trusting yourself. At times there are situations like Diabetes etc tht prev ppl from hving certain things in their everyday life. Whn u allow urslf 2 believe that something is bad for u when it is r...eally a matter of moderation thn u need to take a step back & re-evaluate ur outlook on things.
Identify what your goals are for your body as well as your health and mold your daily exercise routine around this. For me, it's about keeping fit for my lifestyle which is physical sporting and lifestyle activities so I do small things throughout the day that make's a huge different. if your weight is the issue either for loss or gain you need to take a step back and re-evaluate what you are doing and how you are doing it. Running! I personally hate road running but find other alternatives to changing what I hate into something I love.I choose a soft surface like sand, add some weights or stress balls to my hands/arms and I get to where I want with no form of 'hate' in my mind! Just goes to show that anything thought to be negative can be transformed into a huge positive.
Balance is the key. If you start your day of in a balanced manner everything else will fall into place. This applies to eating, exercise, work etc. However, starting off unbalanced, rushed, angry etc will only spiral into a day that is one to put down in the book of wasted time in your life. Seek balance in everything... you do and your entire life with benefit from start to finish.
how much water should you drink daily? all depends on the climate e.g. Dubai = hot & humid, so, if you live in a climate that demands more water intake do so. When travelling
there is no excuse not to do some form of exercise. I am constantly on the road

perform with the different strength band that I don’t feel as if I am losing

Many people say that you just need to have drive to be able to compete in a sport...yes in a way but no if you want to be able to compete on a healthy level for many more years.Smart hard work can take you a long way but do try and couple that together with a good workout routine that can only up your chances of greatness.
A must have at home and in the office:-a balance ball. NOTE: must be relevant to your size and need. Men especially underestimate the importance of exercising with,or, just using a balance ball with very simple high performance exercises...don't underestimate the value of simple things.

Lower body workouts are just as important as upper body. I see so many men daily in the gym that choose to just do upper body workouts. If your lower body does not match up to your upper body start working on it today. Over all fitness levels are so important.
Girls trying to tone up? mix your workouts up a bit, doing the same thing daily is a no. Do things that are fun, exercise should be fun every step of the way. Dont let your body foresee what it is the workout of the day brings on.
Brilliant full body exercise. This is the advanced version so please do take care when attempting to complete this exercise. Get into modified push up position with a pair of light db, wresting your weight on them. Bend legs slightly & keep legs/feet wide apart. While keeping your hips & back level & in the same po...sition lift one db in a rowing motion towards chest. Alternate your arms. For those starting this exercise for the first time rather try it without weights first and then build on to using weights. For those strong enough start with weights.

when one becomes unfit you dont really see it until it has hit you hard. getting back into shape or even into better shape is easy to do when done correctly...no restricting diets but again no magic pill. get the correct advice and all will fall into place.

health tip:- Christmas lunch anyone? Small bits of everything will satisfy you even better than 3plates of food will. For those meat eaters out there. Think about your health and wanting to live a healthy life...dont over do it on the meat.

Love walking??? Make your walks a challenge with light weights, arm & leg weights, squatting every 20meters, hills mixed in with flats or even making your walk a combination of faster pace 10meters + slower pace 30meters. Get your blood pumping and your heart working. U will feel better and notice the difference on your clothes. Don't have time for a long drawn out workout during the day:- short 20-30min full body workout will do the trick. You are able to get the blood rushing from one side to the other, burn more calories, tone up faster, & still have time for your busy schedule. Will post a different full body workout weekly.
Exercise any where you feel most comfortable. There are more than gyms to work out in, beach, field, park, in your garage (like I do when I feel like doing something extra)...hike, the local stadium etc. Whatever YOU like!
